Bowling Buddies are back in business

PAISLEY Indoor Bowling Club is open for business.

The club held its opening night which was a huge success with a good turnout.

And vice-president Benny Grant was there to welcome members to the start of the new season.

The summer league was contested by those who don't play outdoors.

And the winners this year were Charlie Wilson, who won two sessions and Barbara Louden, who won the other.

Vice-president Benny Grant was on hand to present the winners with their prizes.

In other news, the Wednesday Wappenschaw, which was popular last year, will start back today at 2.30pm.

Members and non-members are welcome to take part.

Paisley’s ladies will have their trial match on Saturday at 2pm, and a good turnout is expected.
