RALSTON Bowling Club have taken a two-point lead at the top of the Paisley and District Whyte and MacKay Reserve League.
The Paisley team blitzed Caledonia during the last round of games and they now enjoy a slender lead over second-placed Charleston.
Blacklandmill have slumped to second bottom of the table after they were sent crashing to a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Renfrew, while Hawkhead and Meikleriggs were left frustrated with a 2-2 draw.
Week three fixtures are as follows: Anchor v Caledonia, Charleston v Ralston, Elderslie v Meikleriggs, Hawkhead v Renfrew.
Blacklandmill are idle.
Week two results were: Blacklandmill 0 Renfrew 4, Caledonia 0 Ralston 4, Charleston 4 Elderslie 0, Hawkhead 2 Meikleriggs 2. Anchor had no game.
