Saints fans set for Dens return

SAINTS fans will be able to pay at the gate when they visit Dens Park for the first time in seven years.

Danny Lennon and his men will travel to Dundee for their first away match of the new SPL season on Saturday, August 11, and are expected to be backed by a large travelling support.

St Mirren haven’t taken on Dundee on Tayside since gaining promotion to the top flight – and their last Dens Park encounter ended in a crushing 4-0 loss on December 10, 2005.

Now the Paisley faithful can look forward to renewing acquaintances with the Dark Blues, with admission to the game costing £20 for adults.

A reduced admission price of £10 will be in place for men aged over 65, women aged over 60, kids who are under 16 and full-time students who have a valid matriculation card.

Disabled Buddies will also be charged £10, while their carers will be admitted free of charge.

Fans who are wheelchair users should contact the St Mirren ticket office by close of business on Thursday, August 9, if they wish to attend this match.
