SAINTS gaffer Danny Lennon reckons fan power can help to drive his class of 2012 to even greater success next season.
Supporters have praised Lennon for serving up an entertaining style of football last season, with the Buddies going on to secure their highest finish in the league for many years.
And Lennon plans to reward that loyalty with more regular helpings of attacking football during the 2012/13 campaign.
He said: “We need that backing from the supporters, who have really bought into our philosophy.
“Last season, that backing was much appreciated by my staff, the directors and the players. There certainly was progression on the football front.
“Now we are looking further up the way and the focus is on achieving even more.”
Lennon added: “I’m hoping that, with last season’s experience, we can reproduce that quality brand of football and try to employ it in every game.
“We didn’t always do that last season but hopefully, with the wonderful backing of the fans, we can deliver that more often in the season ahead.”
