Saints bosses are hoping the Paisley faithful will turn out in force for tomorrow’s SPL game at home to Ross County after admission prices were slashed.
Adults will pay just £10 to see the match, while concession tickets cost £5 and kids under the age of 12 who are accompanied by a paying adult or a season ticket holder will get in for free.
Saints winger Gary Teale was on hand yesterday to promote the cut-price deal and Buddies gaffer Danny Lennon is also calling on members of the black and white army to take advantage of the offer.
“We’re saying thank-you to our fans for coming out in numbers over the Christmas period,” said Lennon.
“January is always a month when money is tight and fans have to dig deep, so we wanted to acknowledge that.
“The last time Ross County came down here, we won 5-4, which certainly provided value for money for the fans.”
Lennon also paid tribute to County for playing their part in the efforts to boost the attendance at tomorrow’s match, which kicks off at 12.45pm and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
He said: “I’m led to believe that Ross County’s chairman is laying on free buses for their fans.”
