Wounded fox shoots hunter

A FEISTY fox wounded by a hunter turned the tables on his would-be killer and shot him.

The unlucky hunter was shot by the animal when the pair struggled as the man attempted to kill the fox.

And it appears the fox managed to fire the gun in the scuffle before running for freedom.

The hunter was taken to hospital suffering from a wound to his leg.
