Workman dies in bridge fall

A workman died when he fell 150 feet from a ladder on a suspension bridge.

British Transport Police said the man died at the scene after he tumbled from the Forth Road Bridge on Wednesday night.

The contractor fell while working on the north side of the bridge and landed on scaffolding.
