Firearms used in a gangland execution in a busy supermarket car park have been recovered, police have revealed.
Detectives investigating the murder of Kevin Carroll found the weapons used to kill him hidden behind a library earlier this week.
The 29 year-old, known as Gerbil, was shot dead before horrified shoppers while he sat in the back of a car in the Asda store in Robroyston, Glasgow, earlier this month.
