Police name road crash victims

Police named two teenagers who died in a crash which officers said left a scene of "devastation".

And transport minister Stewart Stevenson said the north-east could be used to pilot new road safety technology after the tragedy.

The victims were named as Ryan Brown, 18, from Turriff, and Kirsty Green, 15, from Cuminestown.
