A TAXI driver was robbed by a knifeman as he withdrew money from a cash machine.
He was standing at the hole-in-the-wall at the Bank of Scotland in Glasgow Road, Paisley, when the robbery happened on Monday night.
Sources later said the victim was threatened and a blade held near his throat.
He had stopped his car outside the bank at around 6.20pm when targeted.
The driver was not hurt and lost more than £50.
Police said the knifeman is about 5ft 8ins tall, slim and wore a blue jacket
