Man for trial

A MAN alleged to have thrown bricks at the window of a house, placing the occupants in a state of fear and alarm, is to stand trial after denying the offence in court.

George Murray, 22, of Finnockbog Avenue, Inverkip, it is claimed, conducted himself in a disorderly manner by acting in the manner described, shouting, swearing and throwing bricks at the window of a house in Kilbrennan Road, Linwood, on July 6 last year.

Trial was fixed for August 7 with an intermediate diet in place on July 23.
