Rangers walk

BUDDIES are being invited to join environmental rangers for the Whitliemuir Walk on Sunday, September 21, from 12.30pm.

The team will help those who turn up explore the countryside on the outskirts of Howwood, taking in some wonderful views and some steep climbs along the way.

The route is on quiet roads and over moorland, so walking boots are essential. The walk will last about three hours.

The advice is to take a light snack and a drink as there will be a stop along the way.

Meet at the ‘Triangle’, off Main Street, Howwood.
