Young wrestling fans meet WWE divas

DREAMS came true for two little wrestling fans when they got to meet a pair of WWE Divas.

Kelly Kelly and Melina Perez held a signing session at WH Smith at the Braehead Shopping Centre.

This was for them to meet fans of World Wrestling Entertainment ahead of the Raw Survivor Tour event at Braehead Arena – which went down a storm with the crowd.

Among fans who jumped at the chance to meet their WWE favourites were Ross Quinn, 10, from Paisley, and Renfrew girl Alexandra Jack.

Alexandra, 10, is a pupil at Newmains Primary School, and said: “John Cena is my favourite.

“But the girls were really nice.

“They signed my WWE merchandise.

“I have been into the wrestling for about two years.

“I like everything about it.

“I like the men and the women, and I like all the moves.”

Melina is the Women's Champion and she managed to maintain her status at the top of the Divas division when she defeated former champion Beth Phoenix on Raw.
