UP-AND-COMING singer Alan Mackin will get a little help from his friends as he plays his first gig with a full backing band.

Alan, from Paisley, will take to the stage with a group of talented pals.

The entertainers will include well-known local musician Greg Barnes on keyboard, at the popular Soho bar in the town’s Shuttle Street on Saturday, April 25.

Around 80 tickets have already been sold for the gig, which will see Andy McNeil and the Love Hats provide support.

You can also pay at the door on the night.

The entertainment gets under way at 8pm and admission costs £5.
