St Mirren are worth travelling from Spain for!

I have been a St Mirren supporter ever since my dad used to lift me over the Love St turnstiles in the late 50s and early 60s.

Joining the Army and serving abroad for over 32 years did not stop me supporting our team, and at every opportunity whilst on leave,

I was at Love Strett promotions and relegations, cup wins, European football, we've had it all as a "Buddie" .

The future is upon us with the new stadium at Greenhill Road (and it looks fantastic) and with this new era there are more exciting times to be had for all connected with St Mirren.

I will be there for the first match against Kilmarnock on the January 31 to be part of the next generation of memories of a St Mirren supporter.

A guid New Year to "Yin and Aw".
