TWo men have appeared in court in Huddersfield following the death of Linwood teenager Craig Hepburn.
Both were charged following the double stabbing of Craig, 19, and Connor Paton, 18, also from Linwood.
The murder investigation was launched on Saturday after student Craig died from his injuries at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
Connor, 18, is now recovering at home after undergoing emergency surgery in Huddersfield.
Two men arrested shortly after the incident appeared in court yesterday after being charged on Sunday.
Anthony Driver, 36, of Grange Cottage, Marsden and Luke Elliott, 21, of Main Avenue, Cowersley, were both charged with the murder of Craig and the attempted murder of Connor.
They appeared briefly at separate hearings at Kirklees Magistrates Court sitting in Huddersfield.
No bail applications were made and their next court appearance will be at Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday.
The teenagers had been visiting Craig’s uncle Scott Hepburn in Marsden when they were attacked in the early hours of Saturday morning on their way back to his house.
